## Can my phone number be banned?

## Do I need a physical smartphone/cell phone?

👎 **No.** *Positus Messenger is connected directly to WhatsApp through an authorized API.*

## Can any company use Positus Messenger?

## Can I sign up for more than one number?

👍 **Yes.** *You can subscribe to multiple numbers.*

## How many simultaneous agents can I have?

You can register multiple agents, but your simultaneous access limit will be defined based on the number of licenses you subscribe to\[cite: 4]. You can purchase as many licenses as you need\[cite: 4].

## Can the same agent be associated with more than one phone number?

## Can I use Positus Messenger and the API connected to my CRM at the same time?

## I already have an active number. Can I use the Sandbox as a testing environment?

## I am a Positus sales representative. Can I manage my clients' accounts?

## What is a workspace?

A Workspace is your workspace area, used to organize your company's environment within the Positus platform\[cite: 4]. You can invite users for customer service via Positus Messenger, developers, and your finance team to join your environment\[cite: 4].

## Can I have more than one workspace?

## What are resources?

Resources are the grouping of phone numbers belonging to a specific workspace\[cite: 4].

## How do I assign or remove an agent from a WhatsApp number?

First, you need to invite the user to join your workspace, and they must accept the invitation sent to their email\[cite: 4]. \

Next, navigate to Resources >> click on the phone number you want to associate the user with, and click the "Associate user(s)" button\[cite: 4]. \
\
To remove them, select the user from the list and click the "Remove" button\[cite: 4].

## What are API Tokens?

*This feature is used by system developers.*\[cite: 4] \
It is a secret key sent within a request to a web service to identify and authenticate the user calling the service\[cite: 4]. We suggest creating one token per application, making it easier to track requests and increasing your security\[cite: 4].

You can revoke your token at any time by clicking the "Revoke" button\[cite: 4].

## Why can't I see my contacts' profile pictures (avatars)?

Due to privacy policies, the Meta (Facebook) / WhatsApp Business API does not provide users' avatars (profile pictures)\[cite: 4].

## Can I use Positus Messenger and the WhatsApp Business API at the same time?

## How long is my chat history saved?
